Dima may come as demanding in work, he is always concerned with the quality of code, solutions and delivery that we do, which gained us more trust from tech stakeholders from the customer's side. He would always show how team how- he dedicated a lot of time to educational sessions on the project to all team members.

On a few occasions we saw Dima investigating different new solutions for our product, and suggesting best possible options. I believe we can trust his judgment.

He likes to implement complex tasks, is deeply interested in anything new, eager to overcome challenges and achieve objectives.

Dima is always very professional and I love how he always has new ideas and tries to come up with new multiple solutions to a problem.

Dima is a great developer and team member and I hope to work with him again on my projects. Currently, I am not asking him to join my new project as he is a key person on travel one (I believe that could become a problem for the Heathmont travel) and he is located in Ukraine. He helped me at the beginning of the project to get this project for DataArt and built great relationships with the previous team and customers. He has great client-oriented attitude that the customers see and compliment during work, he has great product attitude where he tries to understand customer's business and problems of the business- I think that's why customers come to trust his decisions and work. In the "inside the team" work Dima is a person you can always rely on - he will always support, help, and explain millions of times the same thing in different ways to make sure you understand the point and deliver the tasks within his estimations. He is very attentive and always tries to come up with as many solutions as possible, which makes it very easy for me to manage the project. He has high standards and ethics in his work as he thinks with the category "we need to provide the best service to the customer"

Assumes responsibility for the result of the general workflow- example: when the war started Dima was very concerned with customer stopping the project when the main Yolo stream finished, so he was saying to our team that we needed to do our best to make sure that we keep the project running and still provide the best kind of service and he offered team members ( I remember this specifically) his apartment as an office for the team, as he bought a generator and coffee machine :) He would support and help me (I took role of BA) with BA activities when our BA left the project, while we found a QA/BA - Maria, which I am still thankful for.

In the beginning, we had code reviews from the customer's developers, and few months after the project they stopped as Dima showed high-quality code, he quickly understood what had to be done, how to do it better and how to improve things previous developers created.

Dima has very high attention to deadlines. During our cooperation, he proved that he cares extremely about meeting set deadlines. He walks the talk.

Sometimes, he can be quite ambiguous in his interactions with others.

To keep more life-balance and not feel responsible for EVERYTHING in the project :) There should responsibility distribution among other team members, that has to be coached by manager within a team.
